Hi, I want to make a LCC series of builds on 'unrecorded ancient history of roawia'
Of course, there will be a lot of battles, so a lot of minifigs will be needed.
Is there anyone out there who is really generous and has no more interest in lego, please donate castle-related stuff i.e. Swords, shields, axes e.t.c.
The minifigs I am going to make for this include elves, dwarves, men, orcs e.t.c. (Mainly elves)
I really hope someone sees this and donates.

You can always ask, but I'm guessing that most people who are no longer interested in Lego also no longer visit this site.

Your best bet is to just work on buying a small to medium sized set every month (if you just want figs, the little Forest Ambush set provides good value, or you can order basic figs on BrickLink for pretty cheap). If you follow that strategy, pretty soon you'll have a good-sized collection.
