what are the price ranges that you would use for various CASTLE lego pieces?

-various headgear
-shields
-other pieces

Well, the values are based on supply and demand, as with everything. I suggest you visit http://www.bricklink.com to see comparative values.

I agree that www.bricklink.com is a good place to look. This will have the cheapest prices for bricks. Ebay is another option, but it is not as cheap. Also, check out www.peeron.com for information on individual pieces and their prices, what sets they came in, etc.
