Any big buyers out there?

Post by Medieval Guy »

Hey everyone,

Been a while since I was around these forums... Not sure if anyone noticed my hiatus, but if you did I can tell you it's because other hobbies and interests and activities have taken time precedence. Sports, classic cars, school, friends, and other stuff. The point is my (somewhat sizable) lego collection has been taking up space and hasn't had much love lately so I am considering liquidating it all. Could use the money anyway.

So my question to you is, is there anyone out there who would be interested in buying a large amount of Lego at once? It doesn't have to be the entire collection, but moving a lot of it in one sale would certainly simplify things and it would eliminate the need for a detailed inventory (Can you imagine counting and listing thousands of individual parts on bricklink?)

Just testing the waters here, but if anyone is interested I can take photos of it all. I will say, there is a lot of good stuff, almost all of it castle. Plenty of minifigures and armies and of course a lot of bley. Green plates for landscapes, etc. Lots of brown, tan, some dark brown and dark tan. Also more 2x2 light bley tiles than anyone could ever need. A little somewhat vintage bionicle.

Look through my Flickr to see some of my collection:

I still have all the parts you see in any of those creations plus a lot more. Possible exceptions include minifigures but I do still have a ton of them. The big castle I made recently is almost all of my regular bley bricks in one place, to give you an idea of how many I have.

Anyway, I'll be back soonish to check the status of this ad. Reply here for general info or PM for specifics. Thanks.

Okay so while I was taking a look at what I have to sell I started building again... I have decided not to sell everything. However I will probably unload a few minifigures at some point.
