Is this worth the BIN price?

Post by jon_p »

I came across this on Ebay. It is 6080 Kings Castle and from what I can see is mostly complete. It has 10 figures, out of the 12 (I think) that originally came with it. There are all 4 horses and the seller states it is complete excpet for the string.
Its Buy it now price is £35.00 and I would love to get this set but is this auction worth it? I am asking all you people who have an idea how much this set should be worth.
Please get back with what you think soon, as I would like to get it, if its worth it.
Thanks,

Jon.

This isnt that great of a deal. At 35 pounds that is around $70 US plus shipping. It does look complete but I would purchase one in North America and save yourself the trouble of shipping so far.

Hello!

£35 is about €50. That's the most I'd pay for a 6080 with instructions. Including shipping. Now, shipping for you would be only within England, so that's not a big deal. Maybe it's near you and you could just pick it up? However, it's up to you to decide if this auction is worth £35 to you. There's possibly a better set at half the price waiting for you on the next flea market ;)

Maybe I won't buy it but I think I'll place a bid.
I just wanted to know how much a set like this is worth and whether it was a good deal or not. Thanks for the help though!
