Tubs A-Plenty...

Post by medib »

In Canada, we are doubly blessed to have both the 4679 Tub (from Toys R US) and the new 4425 Quattro Tub from Walmart.

The 4679 had the 500 unique piece bonus (for $29.99 Canadian)
(personally, I thought it was hilarious to see all the heads...)

while the 4425 has the 2000 basic bricks in a LARGE (trash-like) quattro tub
for $24.99 Canadian. I would highly suggest you go and get these before
they are gone!!!!

Kroger (in US) has a 4400-style tub...I haven't been there to see them,
just thought I'd post them so I don't leave you Americans out!!

:)

who bought 2 of the 4679 and 2 of the 4425

I just had to say that was the best laugh I had all week. "freedom bacon"
isnt that just Ham?

on topic - I never like buying tubs because they have a bunch of colors I DONT need. If they had earthtone tubs, or the famous castle tub (april fools joke) then THAT tub I'd get.

I don't know Canadian Tire. They might have them there too... ?
:)

I know the tubs should be at most Walmarts now for a wee bit at least.
I have the feeling that this set will be like the 4400 red tub last year, where
each store only got 1 pallett of tubs. :(

I picked up 4 today of the 4425. 2 are for Christmas presents for the neices and nephews, so I'm not THAT greedy  Although my wife would have had something to say about it if I had wanted them all..... Who am I kidding, they had a whole wall of them at the Walmart in Prince Albert. I was ready to back up the half ton and say "Fill please!"

Per piece a price of $0.014 CAD. A good deal :D
