KK2 in demand?

Was on the S@H website this morning and noticed that "The Grand Tournament" and "Castle of Morcia" are backordered in addition to "Knight's Castle Wall"

The Duplo castle is also backordered (So why can't we have stuff that looks that good....portcullis :shock: Yes, yes it is all big pieces, but the design, the figs, make it System and :D )

It would seem castle is in demand heading into this most popular of consumer seasons. It can only bode well for the release of more castle in the future.

I love the Duplo castle! Reminds me alot of Playmobil, actually. I've been wondering if the gate piece is in any way compatible with System pieces? If so, that would make an awesome gate.

Duplo is compatible with system pieces. You need 4 system studs (2x2) to cover one Duplo stud.

I saw that Duplo castle in the S@H catalog. Seems like all the good castle designers at Lego went Duplo. :)
