Glad it is working. I think it was a great idea too. Three cheers for Legolas! I sent my fig off to Darkie yesterday (I was running behind) but am having some delayed communication problems with Luis. So, I just wanted to know how things were going for the rest of you.

Thanks!
Josh

I did receive mine the same day this posted, and on Christmas morning (4am, yes I was still up!) I opened it. I was stoked.
It was a knight whith a KK1 round helm, wolfpack shield, ninja armor, carrying a grey falcon, and he had a hammer and a crossbow for armament! and he was on a horse!
thanks Red!
I loved him, and I will put him up with my special figs :D

I got mine today from Darkie! Very cool. A crusader knight (crossed axes torso) wearing a grilled helm w/ single yellow plume. He came decked out with a kk1 shield, sword, lance with red pennet, a bow, a quiver, a clear goblet, and a treasure chest to hold his loot.

Hello!

On Christmas a curier from a distant land in the West visited me. Thank you very much, Aidan, for sending him!

(The courier is the rider in the pic, of course, not Albirona.)

The emissaries from Jojo arrived well before Christmas. Theirs was a harrowing tale.

At some point they must have been ambushed by an advance party of Fright Knights (miserable bunch). Being outnumbered, they fled, but Classic Blue Knight was caught in the back of the head with a crushing blow from a Scimitar! The blow shattered the back of his helmet and the force with which he hit the ground broke off his nose guard! Its a darn good thing he was wearing his helmet!

Luckily, they were close to Larem's Reach, the ancestral home of Lord Aidan, who was expecting Jojo's men. The welcoming party spotted the trouble and quickily rode in to dispatch the trespassing Fright Knights. :D Classic rounded shield Black Falcon rushed to the aid of Classic Blue Knight.

Lucky for his helmet, Classic Blue Knight was none the worse for wear.

"Fear not" comforted Lord Aidan, embarrased by this rude reception to his lands.

"We have several new helmets you can choose from back at the castle". The pair mounted horses. There faces showing their obvious delight at reaching their destination.

And in the end, Jojo had inadvertantly created, dare I say, his first customized lego helmet!

Thanks again for the figs Jojo!
