Princess with cloth skirt

Post by chump »

At http://legofigs.com/fameset_e.htm if you go under "Castle" you can see a figure listed as "Princess with cloth skirt" and the NEW sign attached to it. Any one seen these in North America or have any idea where I can get a couple of these keychains?

There is one on bricklink for $5.99. I was curious about getting one too. I love the torso.

Here's the link:

You could chop off the chain and use it as a fig...

That's what I've done. But those stupid pins are really hard to get out, and I destroyed the orignal hairpiece. Fortunately, I am not at a loss for brown pony-tails.

The fig screams innocence, especially with the doe-eyed expression of the head. I usually use her as a weakling, to-be-saved-by-the-hero or food for my beasts. Maybe a sacrifice.

MY sigfig is better. :) She kicks butt, just like me.

What face is that in your sigfig?

I hate to say this but - what is under the skirt - regular fig legs or wedge or?
I really like the torso and the face is good for specific locations/characters. I have a White Soceress whose daughter just shaved off all her hair - so this might be a good face for the mom to turn her back into ... Oh I love a good fight!

Where did you find your copies of this fig - other than bricklink?
does anyone have pics of a fig with the pins taken out?
Cheers,
SirBert.

Hello!

There are regular fig legs underneath, in an unregular colour. Some kind of purple/violet.

You know? I have no idea. Apparently it comes from one of those action-type sets. I saw when I was on a bricklink shopping spree, so I bought it.

I also use a black Starwars hood thing and torso design for her as some sort of sorceress. For the softer side, the Blacksmith's wife's body will do just fine. But usually she's in black.

The purple underneath really threw me off when I first got the keychain. I'm thinking it should be a lighter purple, or pink at least.

The face in Darkie's sigfig is from Xtreme Island, the character's name is Sky Lane.

However, getting back on topic, besides bricklink (thanks Athos) has anyone seen these at retail? Can anyone shed more light on it? Thanks.

They are available at LEGOLANDs and some LEGO stores. If you have friends near one of these stores it helps  Otherwise the $5.99 is a bit pricey, but not terrible.
