Question:How do I post little comments in Flickr?

Postby Sir Brithead » Thu Sep 20, 2007 4:42 pm

The kind with little boxes to highlight a cool part of the picture. I recently got a personality there and added pix and I wanted to comment on others directly on the neat parts they did. Who can help me?

Regular comments are obvious.

Click ADD NOTE on the top left of each photo. Then drag and resize if you want to cover more area.

Hope this helps!

It depends if the person hosting the image will allow you to post notes. Most do, but sometimes, you may find someone that doesn't.

Thanks, i figured it was very simple. I was just looking elsewhere i guess.

Also, there is a pic that has the notes already, can they be locked so no more can be added?

This topic is better suited for the Publishing forum so I will move it there.

Ben

. . . This is Buy/Sell/Trade. :? (EDIT: Not anymore!)

Anyway, I usually find that the "note" feature is usually only found on photos A) of your contacts and B) in groups you belong to. Hope that helps.
