I have Kodac Easy Share on the editing program dose anyone Know how to scale the Image neatly, when ever I use paint It comes out all wrong.

i have the kodak stuff too and i simply cant find it out. but you can cut out peices of it if that helps or else you have to use photoshop or anything like it
