If not, then I will try to help. First of all, you will need to learn how to write a page, preferably in html or xhtml. Both of those you can learn about at
W3Schools. That is a great site, I have learned about html, css, java, etc. there. Once you have learned that, you need to find a company that will host your website for you. A couple of free ones are
geocities and
freewebs. Both of those are used by many LEGO fans. There are also many not that expensive ones, some of which you can get your own domain name with. One LEGO fan's domain named site is Tamyra Teed's
My Castles.com, and she probably uses a cheap service to host it. Hope I could help.
