Hi all,
I've just created a Classic-Castle
group on Flickr. It's an open group so go ahead and join. If you're not on Flickr yet, well, what are you waiting for?

I'll tell you. I don't want the limitations of a free account, and I'm too cheap to pay the $20 upgrade fee.
But this might be an incentive to join. I mean, could always just have one pic of something with a link to a Brickshelf folder...

Great! I just signed up.
Question: How do you add photos to the pool? Just curious.

My problem with Flickr is that the pages take forever to load, whereas Brickshelf and Photobucket load up fast.

But Flickr automatically resizes images, so you won't find the huge take-forever-to-load pics that Brickshelf is plagued with.
All in all I think the benefits outway the costs: selective viewing, notes, groups, and the community aspect. Like I said earlier, I think Flickr and Brickshelf work excellently in tandem.

I'm got a pretty screwed up system of Lego MOC hosting, though nowadays I usually upload to Flickr and then I resize them a while later and put them on Brickshelf.
The problem is is that i've got a lot of "conventional" photography in my account, so I don't want a complete Lego takeover- I guess i'd like them both seperate.
I've got some stuff up though, so i'll join.
