Just looking at the sample pic above, my thought was: "oh, wow. oh, wow." Doing the population for a microfig setup was always the 'sticking point' for me not to look into it much. Now... I shall download that pdf and learn.

This was quite creepy... I logged in today to find the winners from the last micro contest because I needed some inspiration for a castle I would build today and then I stumbled upon this

A really good article, I´m afraid I didn´t make use of too many of the hints but it was a very interesting read. This is definitely a style of building that I have underestimated.

And the "minifigs" holding the chrome silver knife & "tooth" piece as a shield? Ingenious!

Great ideas. I really like the Micro-figs, and the Tower of London is pretty amazing. I wish I had half that many small peices...*goes off into a daydream*

Please tell me that wasn't intentional.
But besides the mistyping, the overall look of the microscale things are great. I eispecially like the use of the robot arms to create the horse heads. I think I'll build something micro when I get home.

I'm not much for micro-figs, although these are very nice, but I do love the castle techniques. The castle in the pictures looks incredibly realistic for the scale.
