Hmmm. There are fewer Europeans than I expected.
LEGO is a Danish comapny and there is not a single Dane here!? Strange, don't you think?

I hate to dig up old threads, but somehow I missed this one, and I love the idea.
So, I'm the only Oregonian listed, eh? I could have sworn there are more here than that!

May the brick be with you.

I know what you mean, there can't be that many "DARKspawns" around herekelderic wrote:It is a cool concept, although I am surprised no one has expressed concerns about how unsafe it is to give locations.

Posting yourself on the map is just as safe imo as displaying your location on your account here. Despite the graphical improvement, generally no more information is given away than previously, and if people do have doubts about their security, maybe posting there should be something they want to avoid.kelderic wrote:...I am surprised no one has expressed concerns about how unsafe it is to give locations.
But all the same, if such concerns were raised, both the map and this forum could be hidden so that you'd have to register to read any information. That would maybe ease the minds of some a little?

It was briefly mentioned elsewhere in the thread. Most people have put their marker near where they live, not right on their house. Also, no one is being forced to do this. If someone isn't comfortable with it, then they shouldn't do it.kelderic wrote:It is a cool concept, although I am surprised no one has expressed concerns about how unsafe it is to give locations.
