No, its not just you. I noticed this as well.

Unfortunately, I have a sneeking suspicion that these are very close to the final product.

Still, with pricing like this, it should be possible to amass an army of 40+ guys for about $100. I wonder if people will be looking to trade good guys/bad guys to amass a bigger army of one faction over the other?

A couple changes I noticed that no one seemed to point out yet. The dragons are both black/dkred combos. They look better now, but I think that's entirely due to a different pose.

Also, the flails are different, the chain is now almost straight instead of curved like in the last pics.

So I decided to convert the Euro prices to USD using Xe.com. The third number is what I suspect the US retail prices to be if these prices are indeed accurate, trying to go on common prices for current sets.
5 euro = $6.48 ~ $6.99 (but 4.99 sets are being more common lately)
10 euro = $12.96 ~ $12.99 (Again, $9.99 is a common price now)
12 euro = $15.56 ~ $15.99 (6207 used this weird price, or $14.99 following Exoforce sets)
20 euro = $25.93 ~ $24.99
55 euro = $71.30 ~ $69.99 (seems kinda high for a set that size)
100 euro = $129.64 ~ $129.99 (again, seems kinda high for a castle, unless there's at least 1200 pieces)

Actually, the skeletons are wielding a new sword that can be clipped on something like a lance to make a scythe.

I'd say, replace the € with a $ and you have about the right price

Sets are more expensive over here (Europe).

I think you're right, this would be more realistic. I could always cry when I see what you have to pay in the US.

I guess it all comes down to what your used to paying.

Americans are used to paying better prices. A 30-40% hike in prices would come as quite the sticker-shock for some buyers. The fact is, for people in other parts of the world (pretty much EVERY other part

), prices are higher.

I'm surprised that the skull fortress is so expensive. Luckily for me, that is probably my least favourite set in the line, so I will not have a lot of regrets if I don't shell out for it.

Looking at the above photo, I gotta say I like the use of round, kite, and heater shields. Gotta love variety. The guardless scimitar is, as usual, too darn big, but I can always trim it down in my usual disrespectful fashion. I certainly prefer a new sword to that awful thing from KK2. And what are those ogre-like beasties in the upper left hand corner?

Oh, and having applied a lot of photo paper stickers to torsos, I'd say those close figures look like that's what they have (raised white edge around the design). An expedient for the photo I presume.

I am wondering, how much would shipping be from the US to Europe, where the prices are so much higher. Would it be worth it to have someone in the US buy the sets for the lower price, and then ship them to the people in over countries?
