There is something about cats and Lego, I have all my tubs out for my big organization project and as soon as I take some lids off thos tubs, my cat decides that is a good place to lie down. I had to put him in my daughter's room for a few hours so I could get some work done.

After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.
I know exactly what you mean. Between my tubs of lego, my mom's Persian cat batting my bushels around, and the cats have a *fight* right in my town-it seems its the best playground!

My dog's not that bad. But whenever he wants to play, he runs around in circles right where everything is spread out. He usually sends pieces flying and broke my castle once!
Philosophies of my life:
"A PC turned off is better than a PC turned on"
"It's not about who wins...it's about who gets to gloat after they win."

cat
one of my cats is really slow and really heave 1 1/2 stone he weight so when u get a cat falling off of a table and landing on a 375 yellow castle witch i just built (today) i am very upset he broke the flag in half and the castle was in peices but after all all cats like destroying things,
then theres my other cat,,, shes slim fast like to pounce on things so on day on one of my MOCs i was opening the draw brige and my cat walkd in at the time i did not see her any way she jump on my MOC and she took out the main gate witch took and hour to build!!!!

I'm not sure I would want to argue with a 20-odd pound cat.Sir Terrance wrote:Your car LANDED on your 375!!!!!!![]()

I voted Dog. Becuase Ijust got a puppy for christmas and it likes to un into my room and a Legos piece from time to time. But I know what everybody means about the cats. I have two of them and they live mainly down in the basement so when I had my legos down there they always loved rubbing up agains a frgile spire ao lay in the middle of my lego town. And I can relate mostly to you Wlister because they would lay down in the tubs and get cat hair allll thruogh the legos.wlister wrote:There is something about cats and Lego, I have all my tubs out for my big organization project and as soon as I take some lids off thos tubs, my cat decides that is a good place to lie down. Yeah most people would say that their dogs where a massive hazard to their lego's, but not me.
The first lego my dog chewed up was a fright knight, and she must have hated it, because she hasnt chewed up any more.
Alan
P.S I am more concerned with my cats peeing on them. hasnt happened yet luckily!

Yes, the aptly-named Loki has been at it again. And you can even see his tiny little bird-brain working. I mean, is it birdy art where he is merely learning the medium?

Note how the pirate sabres begin with a few random bites, sometimes nearly severing the blade. Then he learns to modulate the pressure. This is followed by reshaping and elongating the blade in a progressively controlled manner.
The lance was more formidible - he barely bent it the first time. Then he learned he could bend it with more pressure and could work three-dimenional rather than bending in merely a two-dimensional plane.
Who knows what impressions he would have worked on one of the Little Armory scimitars if I hadn't caught the little %$#@! in time!

Hmm, my ares were out side ones, so they never got close to my legos. Well, once i left some outside, but once the dog weewee was cleaned off, the bricks were as good as new... (maybe a little yellowing hehe)
But the cats on the other hand. They're obessed with batting around those little green shrubs, sometimes i wonder whose toys they are! A lot of them have been lost thanks to the cats. That is why i voted for cats for being the worest
wow two tonic, im really impressed how your bird has worked those pieces!
