There isn't a decent comb to change the style.

Why do some mini-figs have printed on hair?

Because some figs get tired of hair that come off when they get exited.

Why isn't there more medieval head-gear for minifigs?

There isn't enought demand, and with the waste of plastic because of the queens colour coordination, there isn't enough plastic to produce anything good in good colour. Sure, they can do it in baby blue.... :roll:

Why do all castle figs have that goofy smile that is blank and happy? What if they were wounded? Would they be happy then?

Why is castle so superior to other themes (not that I'm doubting its supremecy--all hail castle!)

They are made to be brittle and blend in with things, so you have to buy more.

Why is there always more than one minifig in each faction? Where are the mercenaries?

So really tall people can get through.

How many sets does it take to build a large castle?
(For those who know it, I tried to make that look like the tootsie-pop commercial. Doesn't seem that accurate though.)
