Hi everybody !

I would build a bascule bridge, as this one, http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=185480

but I don't know haow to do !!
When I try, I have no equilibrium !

If someone could help me (maybe with pictures ??), it would be very nice because I spent many time on it, and I've no result !

PS: my english is surely bad, but I'm french and I try to be understood with the few words I know ![/url]

You definitely need a large weight on the shorter end of the lever. I would suggest using the heavy train weight element: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/73090

I have only built one type of drawbridge like this before, but it was a smaller one and I do not have photos. You could probably just copy Jojo's design and it would work.

I found this illustration useful.

The pivot point is in-line with the castle wall.
