I'm with you. If only, if only . . . does anyone else think Snape looks weird with no nose?Dunechaser wrote:I haven't ever been particularly excited about fleshy faces before, but I'm keen for the new Snape, Malfoy, and Umbridge.
New Hogwarts Pictures (and now on S@H)
If the fleshy faces look evil enough we could use them as Morlocks... or other underground dwelling monsters. Umbridge, Malfoy and Snape have potential there...I haven't ever been particularly excited about fleshy faces before, but I'm keen for the new Snape, Malfoy, and Umbridge.

Is this being sold in stores, or just on S@H? I probably won't buy it (Castle 2007 will drain me of my income,) but I might ask for it for Christmas. A lot of nice parts and figs, and an okay set design; it's too bad it's the only set coming out for OOTP.

I am not really sure what you are asking. I was refering to the dementors from the sets of the 3rd movie. They were greenish and had sketeton bodies and one leg.TheJinjaNinja wrote:You mean the fourth? Or do you mean Dementors?kelderic wrote:I like this set, but not the Death Eater. The confusion is that you originally called it a death eater, but you meant dementor. Anyway, does anyone know what it is? A death eater or a dementor? Personally, I like the head pattern of the Death Eater from the Graveyard Duel very much, and would like to aquire more. It would disappoint me if they did not produce more of them.kelderic wrote:I am not really sure what you are asking. I was refering to the dementors from the sets of the 3rd movie. IMHO it is Bellatrix Lestrange, a Death Eater. And if that is so the black broom is probably supposed to go to her. It's been a while since I read the book and the images in my head are rather fuzy. It may be another character Death Eater but I can hardly imagine a more noteworthy one, unless it's meant to be generic.
And it is simply criminal of LEGO to do only one set and miss so many character, creature and set possibilites.
For my Summer of LEGO Madness I'm really looking forward to this set the most I think.

I somehow confused the terms Death Eater and Dementor. Sorry!TheBohrok wrote:The confusion is that you originally called it a death eater, but you meant dementor. Anyway, does anyone know what it is? I am sure it's Bellatrix, both because of similarity to the movie trailer and curls on her face(after all Helena Bonham Carter is Tim Burton's fiancee).Count Blacktron wrote: IMHO it is Bellatrix Lestrange, a Death Eater. Hey,
Here there be spoilers!*
It is definitely a Deatheater. Here is a screencap from the trailer. I can't remember if we hear that Deatheater speak in the trailer (and it won't run on my work computer), so I don't know for sure if it's Lucius Malfoy or Bellatrix Lestrange. Those aren't curls of hair on the face, they're patterns in the silver mask (as you can see in the pic linked above). I suppose it could also be some other Deatheater, as there were several in that scene, all masked.
Bruce
*BTW, do we really need to worry about spoilers for a book that came out four years ago? I figure that people that won't read the books and wait instead for a movie version (ultimately watered down, at that) get what they deserve. I remember that when the Lord of the Rings movies started coming out, people in on-line forums were all up in arms about spoiler alerts, and it was like, c'mon, these books were written 50 years ago. What next, we start worrying about revealing that Moby Dick involves a whale?
