Brikwars - From North they come

Post by Fry_slayer »

Long time no posting here, but a promise is a promise,
So let the game begin!

Image
Preface wrote: The ever blowing wind of change is speeding up,
the changed pace of life, the lost of some purpose;
And now our brikwars sanctuary is coming to an end,
we will have one last game here, against the tides of life.

No matter the spells aren't finish in research,
no matter the points aren't evenly distributed;
Sound the horns of war on these holidays,
and let the plastic people fight.

-Behind the Mayhem

I loved your invasion of the spiders. My brother and I have also read your jellybean chronicles several times over. I am excited to read this battle report... when the gallery is public.

Bring on that mild plastic violence!

I am always glad to see and/or read about a good Brikwars game. Or any wargame that involves Lego soldiers.

lol

Seriously though, there is no need to wait for the folder to go public.
Just click on the deeplink

http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Frysl ... w05-00.jpg

After that keep changing the last digit (now bw05-00, then bw05-000 then bw05-001 and so on) and you can view through all the frames, the real wait is the rest of the story.

I can only get up to frame bw05-040.
Why won't it let me view the rest?

Hey, glad to see you posting this again.

"Feed... my dog for me..."
"Will do."
That's hilarious.

One little grammatical issue that came up a few times: "thy" means the same thing as "your". The word you are looking for is "thee".

Looking forward to the rest of it.

Heh
heheh... nice "subtle" (:roll:) showing off of your banner, obscuring the poor guy completely.
Oh, and using the crane here is a clever solution.
I like the way you incorporate humor into the storyline, reminds me of some of the better White Dwarf battle reports.
But why is there a construction style railing on the bridge? :?
...and that's how Equestria was made!

Limited production excess :wink: Anyway I am always crazy about flags and banners (think warhammer) so when a game came along I use what I could lay my hands on.
But why is there a construction style railing on the bridge?
The game was meant to be fun, so some off world elements dont bother us. There is construction site toilet there too if you look close enough.
