Chariot

Post by Sir Terrance »

Hey everyone,

Some of you may remember me, even though I've been really inactive on this site recently, I have not forgotten it. Anyways here is a little chariot I built. Enjoy!

Front view.

Neat! I like the use of the fender and tooth pieces. The hitching seems a little long, but it's still a great small MOC.

Good job! I like seeing ancient style MOCs. My only advice would be to use a 12x1 piece instead of a 10x1. This way you could fit in two more horses and upgrade this to quadriga. If you only want two horses however I would reduce the size of the hitch.

This is simple, but effective. I like the design of the chariot. I concur with Wunztwice and Emp. Justinian, though, that the hitching is a bit long.

Simple but efective. Nice Moc! But ya, cut that hitching down about 4 or 5 studs. Keep building! :D

Simple but high quality! Very well build. I like the fenders. You did well!

This looks like the “sports car” of the chariot world. And the minifig choice fits right in with that overall look as well. I do like the use of the car mudguard.

Nice job and thanks for sharing.

That is what lego should make, a chariot. And with the new castle line coming out it could be an undead chariot.

The distance between the horses are rather wide... maybe add 2 more horses for a 4-horsed chariot?

I recommend shortening the beam between the horses and chariot itself as well.

I've built Chariots before for some of my Ancient era factions.

very cool! I really don't have any criticisms, so I will just have to keep it short and sweet.
I love the use of that fender piece! I had thought about using that myself, but never got around to it. I can see I am going to have to make time to do so. :D

That has to be one of the best chariots I've ever seen. I love how it doesn't look
"boxy". Good work!

Hmm, I must have forgotten to reply to this.

Really nice chariot, Chris. The use of the wheel-well piece is, of course, ingenious; and the shape of it really works well with the 1x1 slopes. The construction is excellent. And nice fig too.
