How do you transport already built lego creations? I was going to fly with my dad (He is a pilot) but we decided to go commercial. I don't want to carry a large castle in the middle of an airport. Is there a way without taking anything apart to move it to brickworld.

It depends. Airline luggage gets tossed around a fair bit, so that is a MAJOR concern.
The best way to make MOCs for displays is to make them modular then make some sort of sturdy box to carry the sections in.
I've only ever driven, so it's much easier that way.
However, I know BAYLUG has special boxes for theirs when they take a trip.
That's about all I can tell you.

I took my dragon to Brickfest 2003 and flew commercially. A good rule of thumb to remember is to think the baggage handlers are going to treat your luggage like crap, cause they will. They'll toss it, flip it, there's no controlling them. Believe me, 'fragile' and 'this side up' isn't in their vocabulary.
I packed my dragon (broken down in his modular form) in a huge steel trunk surrounded by 4 or 5 inches of thick, dense foam padding. When I opened him up in the hotel room his shoulder joints had shattered and I had to spend several hours rebuilding him.
Wunztwice is right, modularity is key. Your best bet is to find or build a trunk or crate to carry your castle pieces in surrounded by a lot of protective foam.

I believe that there is an article about this in the "how-to" section of the CC home-page. Perhaps you can find something their? My advice would be to take it apart modularly. Also be sure to take of any detachable accesories and put them in a bag. (Even larger things like crenelations).
