Orge and Spiders

Post by Cajun »

I threw together an Orge for the Massive Battle at BrickWorld. It's cute and uses lots of cruddy parts. I thought he looked like a war protester with the banner thing in his hand.

And I made a quick Viggy thing with lots of spiders just for fun.

Though neither alone was worth a post I figure both combined might be worth it. :?

Both look great! The vig reminded me of the scene in the Mummy where the guy gets attacked by sacrabs.

I don't really like the arms, but no one really likes those hand parts.... So....

The legs don't really look to bad, they are ogrish.

Im not sure what to say about the spiders, its a cool little vig.
wrap me in a bolt of lightning,
send me on my way still smiling,
maybe that's the way i should go:
straight into the mouth of the unknown....

Both of these are great. The ogre is really cool, and the vignette is funny- I can relate, being severely arachnophobic myself.

The ogre is great, I'm not a big fan of the colour scheme but I like his thrown-together look ;) How did you do the yellow eyes?

That shot with the spiders and the night is creepy. Good work!

That's what I thought at first, but I am not sure there is enough room to place that backwards... unless he's used 1x1 bricks with the technic hole, but even then that's not going to be enough is it? hmmm

I used the gearshift and handle and stuck the back end into a headlight brick 2 deep. Then stuck something over the back of the 2nd headlight brick and viola! no holes in the back of his head!
