I checked two Targets in my area and didn't find any. Anybody else have any luck?

Thanks for the review Ken. Does anyone have any pictures of the goblins? I would like to get a closer view of them, thanks!

I love the colors in this set.
I never liked the old viking helmets, so the first thing I did was to give the "orcs" the short legs and turn the dwarves into vikings.

Needless to say, I'm very excited by the extra silver winged helm

It's neat how the dwarves have royal crowns on their belt buckles, and the goblins have distorted ones.

I like very much the dwarves.

I think that Goblins/orcs are sufficient, nothing amazing or surprising.

I dislike the troll. What's that? Is that LEGO? Bleah!

If I will buy that set, I will immediately sell the troll.

I checked around Sacramento too. Didn't find any either.

Dark green doors? Where? All I see are the brown ones...

The mine carts are made from dark green doors.

Good, I thought that I was missing them. I could have driven to more but then with gas prices on the up and disposable income spent on Crown Knights, I didn't push it. Good to know that there is at least one other sane person (LEGO enthusiast) in the North Calif/Reno area.

I come back from a long absence and find this! Huzzah! looks like Lego's finally doing fantasy. Wish they'd do elves, but these are just as good if not better. Those dwarf helmets sans wings are pretty much copies of Gimli's helmet from LotR. I'm very happy for this line, it looks pretty cool. The dwarves are great, I just wish the beards were compatible with viking helms, as i bought a bunch for a dwarf army.

For one, I don't like the dwarfes sets. The dwarf minifigs are great, and the goblins are...okay, but the troll and the stuoid swords don't do it very much for me.Mind me, I could live with the swords, but if I bought one of these sets, it would be for the dwarfs minifigs, and I would not go above and beyond myself to get these, as I would prefer getting some old Castle 07 to these.
Just my 2 cents.

I thought these were coming out in 2008! What's up?

The other ones are coming out in 2008, but the dwarves mine is out now, as sort of a teaser to the main line that's out in April.

As for my review, I really like the dwarves, although I'm still not sure if I'll be getting this set or just Bricklinking the figs.

What do you mean by "other ones"?! Are there gonna be MORE Dwarve/Orc sets??!! I really hope they make Elves too!!
