A question of relative normalcy
Two questions:
Where is an unassuming, soft-spoken, middle aged man given rock star status?
Where is it socially acceptable to ask the owner of a billion dollar, multi-national company to pose with a child's toy?
One answer:
Brickfest.
Kjeld Kristiansen, owner of the LEGO company, holds up Nathaniel, The Earl of Wells
You owe me, Nate

Give a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day.
Set a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

First Nathaniel turns up in Ulmaris, then he's held by Kjeld Kristiansen, and now I own Tony Sava!
Life is goooood.

I didn't know who that person was in the picture (Well I know the name of LEGO's owner, but not what he looks like). Doesn't look like the owner of a multi-million dollar international company! Looks very down to earth.
But to have your sig fig in the hands of Kjeld Kristiansen? Wow. Not many people can claim that!

Re: A question of relative normalcy
Hey Nate.
The recent NWBC photoshoot made me think of it. Would you want this specific minifig?
He's buried somewhere but I have a pretty good idea where. I'm willing to trade.
That is, of course, unless you think Darkie would have more fun with him.

Tony, you have no idea.
