If you wish to be taken seriously, I suggest you avoid statements like this. No one here really cares about your alleged "jackedness" or the "pansies" you have "mangled".

If you continue making such statements, I will lock this thread.

I'm sorry I missed this thread...

Yeah...not everyone who fights in the SCA is in top physical condition, it's nothing new. However, there are plenty of people who would make your head spin, and your eyesight go blurry. If you ever get to the Hershey PA area, please lmk. I'd be willing to ring your bell several times, free of charge.

Dude, your armor is awesome! I wish I could do this kind of stuff. Not 18 though...

Thanks. I have more/better stuff too, just not any pix online yet.

You could always start out in the SCA's kids fighting, until you're 18. It won't be the hardcore stuff,
but it would be a good place to get some form of pratice.

Just a thought.

I have had many good experiences in the SCA and some of my best friends have been and are members. Of course you have some gents in SCA who could lose some weight and do some exercise but I know some very good fighters who are some of the most fit persons I know. It’s all about the individual in the end.
