Town vehicles

Post by Bruce N H »

Hey,

Not at all castle related, but I just wanted to highlight a couple of great Town vehicles that recently showed up on Brickshelf:

Misterzumbi is a great builder, and his new Star 244 truck is no exception:

I'm unfamiliar with the builder Tattun, but really liked this classic car:

Yes indeed, Misterzumbi is an awesome MOC’er. I have been to his Brickshelf folder many times.

That truck is, well, perfect for the scale. Looks like one of the LEGO designer's models. The wipers, gas tank, side marker lights, incredible. This set makes me want to delve into City sets again. This is why I like this site for people to show creations like this.

That is a wonderful truck - and full of carrots - I love it! heh heh.

The car is nice too - you are right that these are done perfectly to scale. I know of a few builder who for some reason are very good at building LEGO-system-like sets - sets that just have that LEGO "feel" to it - and it's wonderful to see.

LEGO feel... does that make sense? :)

I absolutely love that car. It really captures that old spirit of the original!

I don't really like the car all that much, but the truck looks great. I especially like the way that he did the undercariage.

Great MOCs. My only issue is with the Lorry (Truck)... it does not have real doors...
