2. Is it possible that it won't be used in the misc. category ?
E.g. I have a 64x48 diorama, so now I can't submit it, but I would like to : o)

This sounds reasonable. The misc category has always been for mocs which do not fit in the other categories.

I would also be very interested in the misc category not having a size restriction. I have an entry that was built with this contest in mind. It doesn't fit into the other categories and it is much bigger than the size restrictions. Thank you for considering.

Me too. Mine is around 100 x 70 studs. It would be great to be able to enter it into the contest
Same here :) (52x96 studs..)
You want a piece of me?!?!

Mine happens to be 104 x 104. But if it can't be entered, well that will be okay too.

Hard at work on my first entry. I started around 1am on Halloween night, wanting to get an early start. :P

While I'm fine with the rules as they stand, I'd like to see future contest details simplified and posted on a single page. If I get a chance, I'll draft something for your consideration.

Was about to enter my first creation, to break the seal so to speak, but my submit an entry isn't working.

Ok my first entry is a bit lame, but I need to enter to get me going, I am like a snow ball rolling down a hill, once I start rolling I get bigger and bigger and faster and faster.

Oh and I am looking forward to seeing a continuation of some of the mind blowing, amazing, stupendous (adjective hogging) creations that classic castle member always produce.

Cheers

I might enter this year. I was hoping for a custom minifig category because I'm actually somewhat decent at customizing. But that just means I have to improve my building in some way, so I can have a chance at winning.

Now I have to get my mind to work, so I can some up with something to make.. :)

Hi admins :)

I would just like to enquire whether the base restriction has been officially removed for the Misc catagory as discussed above.

Thanks for your time

We have allowed this in the past with two stipulations. First if you won you would both have to share the prize. Second you would not be eligible for the Master Builder prize.

If you like Kingdom of Heaven, that would be better in the Historic Events as a siege of Jerusalem.
I would just like to inquire whether the base restriction has been officially removed for the Misc category as discussed above.
It has been removed from the Miscellaneous Category. Remember that you still only have three photographs for this category. The larger a moc is, the harder it will be to capture with three photos.

No, we are looking for medieval legends. You can build mocs with elves, dwarfs, and/or trolls if the are in a medieval legend. We are not looking for modern written legends set in a medieval world.

That brings me to one more question Ben :)

I just finished an entry for the Fortifications category, so my question is: are we allowed to enter 3 pictures of the creation before fortification and 3 pictures of it after fortification, or 3 pictures altogether? I figure 3 pictures altogether, but just making sure.
