CCCV Entry: Medieval Legends: Betrayal
I present to you the Betrayal of Gwenievere and Lancelot.
There's a few small touches I'm proud of here. Mainly the carpet and tapestry, although the camera couldn't pick it up with all the red, the carpet's made of a pattern of small tiles. It's not just a big plate of the floor. I also like the fireplace, the flames came out nice against the brown logs. I kept the color scheme pretty simple, one because I didn't have a whole lot of choice, but also so that the figures would pop out against the single shade of grey. I also just wanted to build something fun and quite silly.

Nice! It cracks me up that Lance was wearing his armor in bed.

Hilarious MOC! Definitely interesting fig designs. Nice work on the bed, too.

It could raise questions which is why i think they were left out...Sir Brithead wrote:So, if he is not wearing pants, which I agree is funny, then where are his pants? Shouldn't they be lying around there somewhere?
Why is there a pair of severed legs lying in the corner!
Or they "could" still be in the bed.

Exactly. I tried "draping" the pants over the bench but it looked wrong. But as you mentioned they could easily be still in the bed or out of the camera's view. There's a fourth wall missing afterall.Shoes wrote:It could raise questions which is why i think they were left out...Sir Brithead wrote:So, if he is not wearing pants, which I agree is funny, then where are his pants? Fantastic scene! As others have mentioned the faces add so much to the already hilarious minifig action. Excellent work
