Bad Posts

Post by Asterios »

ok lately we have had a rash of someone posting a bunch of posts with Links to some unsavory sites, thought the matter was cleared up but it appears to have started again.

People this is a warning do not click the links, you may think it will not affect you or your computer but it will,if anything it will give the guilty party incentive to click the links since they get paid for every click on the link, avoid the posts and report them in a PM to the admins, furthermore such links can also contain SpyBot viruses and even trojans which can harm your computer,by clicking the links your encouraging the poster to keep posting the links,if we ignore them they will go away(hopefully).

If the thread title looks suspicious or unlego related (which they usually do) and if the message seems off (which is also usually true) and if the link seems inappropriate (which they usually do) then don't click the link. An admin will soon delete the thread.

Problem is, for the most part, solved.

A mod/admin should check the buy/sell/trade forum. There's a post IN one of the recent topics that should be removed!!!

Yeah I emailed one of the mods about it on Sunday when one popped up. Sadly this is the world we live in where these people feel they have a right to mess up any forum they wish.

I wouldn't post in dead topics, and also, this topic is not about how good our Spam blockers are, but bad pornographic links to sites outside the CC community.

I'm not too familiar with spam, but how can Puresight be spam? I'm thirteen!!!! My dad installed it!

EDIT: Sorry, Prince Imdol. We posted at the same time, so I didn't catch that.
