How do you change your forum name?

I put in the name Dr.Cogg,but realized that the name was unfitting for the web site,so I wanted to change it to ,Lord Cephis,but I found I was unable to change it through the ,profile area,so I was wondering how do you change it?

Generally you cannot change your user name. Only an Admin can do that, and only then in special circumstances. By the way, your form name is just fine, there are no rules about what they need to be, except the obvious ones about vulgar words etc.
