The Black Monarch read over the letter, and noticed a small little thing. Prince Henri wrote in (Print or Cursive?), and a word was in (the other one). He threw the letter on the ground and stomped on it. He marched over to where Duke Audric was and pinned him against the wall. "WHO SENT THIS LETTER?!"

"Why the prince of course, your majesty" replied Duke Audric. "You of all people should know that the prince never attended to his letters very well. He was always more interested in breaking lances than scribbling with a pen. Also you saw how he fled, because you know a man's guilty when he flees from justice! I am looking out for your welfare and the kingdoms now as I have always done and will do." he added trying to avoid the sword point against his throat.

By dint of hard riding, Prince Henri and the nobles were within a day’s march of the Black Knight/Dragonmaster border. The Baron of Blackheart told them, “We are near my castle; we take refuge there. In the morning I’ll send out messengers to other nobles who feel like us that you have been wronged. If you still want to go the Classic Isles I give you strong escort to the coast, while we gather other supporters.”

Prince Henri replied, “I thank you for your support, I do still want to go to the Classic Isles. My father may not be a good man, but my quarrel lies with Duke Audric. I would have you not give the first blow. Rather I would let them attack first; it gives us the right and makes them the wrong. How many supporters do we have?”

“Half the nobility support you.” the Duke of Ironforge answered.

The Black Monarch backed away, saying, "Yes, yes... You have always been loyal, and I am sorry if I have mistreated you. What do you think we should do?"

Fathrak organized his men. The prince was coming, and he would be ready. His contingent of 100 horsemen and 300 infantry rode/marched out to intersect the escort.

(UK: Fathrak is second only to General Arnold in the sphere of The Black Monarchs generals.)

Stephan saw the dust cloud approaching from the south. Pulling up his hood, Stephan did his best to impersonate an old traveler walking by the roadside.

As the dust cloud neared, Stephan saw the lead riders and nearly cried out for joy. The lead rider was no other then Henri, Stephan's favorite out of all his pupils. Pulling his hood back down, Stephan waved at Henri, drawing his attention. "How have you been young prince?" Stephan called out to Henri as he approached.

Seeing the look on Henri's face, Stephan's joy was snuffed like a candle. "Your father exiled you to?" Shaking his head, Stephan noticed the men riding with Henri. None of the soldiers were from the capital or from nobles that were in the kings pocket. In fact, now that Stephan had noticed them, most of the soldiers were from nobles that directly opposed the kings new laws.

Without even asking for permission, Stephan turned back to prince Henri and grabbed his arm. Leaning in towards Henri, Stephan whispered in Henri's ear, "Take this. It will guide you straight to John. Tell him what has been happening since our banshment. Also, tell him that I'm searching for her, so I'll be busy for awhile." Leaning back, Stephan put on his most reassuring smile. "I can remember the day you were born. John was almost as happy as your father." Stephan's smile saddened as he remembered the old days.

Henri gave Stephan a quizical look. "But-"

Stephan cut off Henri with a stern look. "Just do as I said and you'll be fine." Pulling his hood back up, Stephan started down the road again. Turning back, Stephan flashed Henri a quick, comforting smile. "Don't worry about who I'm looking for. John will explain everything." With that, Stephan turned back and continued on down the road, disappearing around the next turn around a hill.

Henri opened his hand to see what Stephan had given him. In his palm, was a small, silver compass, the needle pointing south-east, toward the Classic Islands.

The Black Monarch was furious. He had brought his son up, taught him all he knew, and loved him. Why had he run? "Ah, curse my old age. How does my father make those youth potions? Either way, they're not that effective. All it does is keep him at his age for another year. Ah, with old age comes rambling. But when I find him, I'm going to make sure all is amended. If only my other son had stayed." He sat back on his throne and went to sleep.

King Gor and King Scarpo walked up to Garth's flagship as the 2400 Vikings charged onto the shore. Garth walked up to them. "Will both of you stand by your promises? Remember this, Skellie, I get the middle North part." Gor evilly squinted at him. "I keep my promises." Garth shuddered. "Well, now that we're all here, how many men do we have?" Asked Scarpo. "I have 2400." Scarpo stared at Garth in amazement. "There are that many Vikings up there?" "Yup." Scarpo raised his eyebrows and let out a "Hm." Gor said, "I have 3000. You, Scarpo?" Scarpo immediately snapped back into reality. "Oh, yes. I have 2000, not including the amount of minor, nameless generals I have." Gor thought for a moment and said, "That makes 7400, I nice number for invading a nation.

Then tragedy struck.

The shaman screamed, "The dragons are here!" Everyone was exhilarated until they saw what they were going to do. The cheers turned to screams as the boats went up in flame. The men ran away, and many were cut down before the dragons flew off again.

After a little bit, Scarpo came back up the mountain to the cave. "400 dead, but that's still enough." Gor nodded. "Prepare the rest to march. Leave the dead."

Within the hour all 7000 marched on Crown Knight territory.

All too soon, tragedy struck again. Strabo still wasn't pleased with the Skellies, and now swooped out and started to demolish the army with black flame. 1000 lay dead before he flew off to recruit Boar and Goat. One of the dead was Gor.

Suddenly, all the red eyes of the Skellies turned hollow and black, the black Skeletons turned back to white. In a matter of minutes, another 700 (that was all that was left of the Skellies) soldiers, all Skellies, fell to the ground, unmoving.

"Oh, Megablocks," said Garth. Scarpo just fainted.

All over Skellie territory, marching Skellies that were coming to join the war fell down, unanimated. The Skellies were gone. FOR GOOD.

(Matt, I am guessing you love this.)

Since no one else is posting, I'm just gonna end this, once and for all.

Scarpo revived and took absolute control, but the Vikings weren't too pleased about it. Within the hour, they marched on a large castle. Scarpo ordered the charge, and all the Shadow Knights charged. The Vikings sat down and just started smoking their pipes. Scarpo marched up to Garth and demanded to know what was going on, and the demand included a lot of swearing that as a good Christian and a Rule-abiding member of CC I cannot say. (Matt may contend the latter.) Garth tiredly answered, "We don't feel like fighting today." All the Vikings were laughing and pointing at a lot of the Shadow Knights that were trying to climb up a rope.

"Ha! They look like a bunch of drowned rats clinging to a life line."

"Hee-hee!!!! Look at that little circle of pikemen! They think that they are blocking arrows by sticking their pikes in the air!"

And so forth. I was planning on having Wolfpack do that at the Continent war, but I never got it in.

Mark watched nervously as his new servant, Engine, put down the plates and silverware. He didn't know why Lady Katherine took pity on him. Maybe it was because he was starving to death, but he couldn't be sure. Just then, he dropped a plate. He was hating him already.

Chris walked out and said, "He can't speak English." They rode North. Word of war among the Black Knights had reached him. "They're all going to die, I'm telling you. Too many wars."

((just because i havent been on for a while doesnt mean he cant speak English))

Chris turned to leave when ALthalos said, "Where do you think you're going?"

two heavily armed Eite TEmplars came into the room; pikes lowered. "One does not simply walk out of a castle without a word."
Chris turned around and walked back to the table and handed Althalos the parchment. Althalos looked it over, a frown on his face. At last he put it down. "So, you think i would actually grant these things, and become allies with the leader of a band of robbers?"

Chris bristled.

Althalos smiled, "Now, you may go."

Chris turned to leave but threw his knife at Althalos; aiming for the neck. Althalos caught it, and threw it back. It landed tin the hand Chris had thrown it. Chris yelped and pulled it out. The guards were about to execute him when ALthalos said, "DOn't worry, he has learned his lesson." Chris stormed out of the castle, with a bandage wrapped about his hand.
Muttering curses under his breath he rode out of the Crusader territory; never to retunr.

After the group arrived at Baron Blackheart’s castle, the prince and the nobles had short meal. The prince then gathered his escort of 300 mounted men at arms and left the castle.

Instead of heading off toward the Port Black Lance, like the Black Monarch would expect, Prince Henri rode to a naval base on the coast. From there he boarded the “Dragon’s Eye” with 100 men at arms and sailed for the Classic Isles with a escort of two more warships as an escort.

While he watched the shore dwindle of into the distance, Henri pondered the words of Stephan 'I'm searching for her, so I'll be busy for awhile'.

Watching the prince leave, Baron Blackheart began mustering nobles and their troops at his castle. So far he had gathered 1700 minifigs under the prince’s banner. More would be coming….

Having heard of General Fathrak’s march north, he sent 200 cavalry and 300 infantry under the command of the Duke of Ironforge to counter the general.

Duke Audric replied, “After watching the skirmish at the gate, I think it is a sign of things to come. I’m guessing about half the nobles will support Henri, so we need to gather those that support you. I’d advise you to muster all your supporters here. I’ll go to the capital and prepare it for your return.”

The Black Monarch nodded. "That would be a good idea. I'll get General Arnold. I think the southern Lords will help us, and maybe the western."

Peter sat on a hill side watching boats come and go. He was trying to find a way to sneak on. He had been watching for a few hours recording in his head everything the boats did when a man approached him.
"Trying to sneak on a boat eh."
"No.. Yes... Maybe."
"Well where are you trying to get to."
"Anywhere... Can you help."
"I happen to have a boat that is leaving now. You can come along for a small fee."
"Im sorry but I have no money of anykind."
"No money eh hmm.... Well if you really want to come you can work on my boat till we reach the Crown Kingdom."
"Do they have a draft."
"O so thats why you're leaving. No they dont right now."
"Fine I'll do what ever it takes.......................

A few days later

"LAND HO." They had sailed for two days and were finally reaching the Crown Kingdom."
"Well Peter you did some fine work I'd almost like to hire you as a crew." He thought about this for a while but in the end decided not to take the job. Something was pulling him towards the land. He knew something important was in this Kingdom.

The plan to take Skorlor had been reveiwed hundreds of times with Argones commanders. They had looked for every small weaknes in their plan. After many days of modifying the plan it was ready to go. The commanders in turn shared it with the soldiers who immediatly began training. "This was it," Argone had said "The winner of this battle will claim the Southern New Kingdom (SNK-Everything below 8 and to the left of O).

The Rangers had been following the King for awhile now, resting and finsihing their wounds, so that they would look more presentable, as that way the King would not worry what had happened in the North. The seventy Rangers with the Black Ranger rode forth to the King, the Crwon knights parted to let them pass. Many days had gone since the Black Ranger had shown himself again, now he looked about him.
"Where is King Argone? I seek audience with him."
Argone was inform ed of the Black Ranger's return.

"Only 10 Rangers died in a mighty Northern War, which was won by the Free people, and now peace is ensured. I have returned to fight alongside you, as my old friend, the Grey Guardian, is doing my work in the North, as I am happy with other Rangres." the Black Ranger the whistled and the other Rangers appeared. He then explained the war, the Black Monarch's rise and fall of power, and the final Battle. Argone nodded and brought him to the planning tent and showed him the war plans.

(You guys do know that all the Skellies are dead, don't you?)

Port Black Lance

The Black Monarchs Father (who I now name "Person") walked up to Duke Audric, and said, "Are you Duke Audric?" "Yes, why do you want to know, cretin?" "I have an alliance to present. You see, I left the throne to my son, the Black Monarch." Duke Audric's eyes widened so much they almost fell out of his head. "Don't worry, I won't kill you. I left to learn the properties of magic, and now I realize my mistake. I know of your deception, and I respect it. But if you, or we, win, install a position of Court Wizard, and put me in it, alright? OrIwill have to rule."

(Do you agree?)

George had heard of the war up North and scoffed. He's still at it? The old idiot, still listening to that snake of a adviser, he thought. He sat back in his favorite chair and stared out the open top of the garden courtyard. The walls around the lush square were all arches, and a circular pond was in the middle. He closed his eyes and went to sleep.
