The doghouse needs some custom figs, so count me in. What's the worst thing that could happen? Sounds fun. By the way, your first name isn't Victor, is it? (omg, a Fantastic Four reference? What will he do next? *ban him!*)
Ooops, sorry, got carried away there. I'll have something for this by May 20th (I hope).

um i would appreciate it if someone would explain how to build your own Adventure. If someone had an example that would help.

I believe he said that "Freedom is the key". So, I would bet that if you can call it an adventure, then it is one.

Constructed Crown Knights and images representing their Heraldry are not, so yeah crown shields are out, Torso's could slip by if used on another type of fig.
So skeletons and trolls are fair game? How about the Wizard?

Yep you nailed it Mr. Wedin Sir. That's exactly what I was thinking. I couldn't have said it any better myself.

And Athos, I'm sorry your story was supposed to have a Crown Knight in it. Maybe you can use this building challenge as a warm-up for your Comic project! Keep me posted on that, I'd love to see how it comes out! Yes Skellies and Trollies are more than welcome. Even Dwarfs are Legit!

:)

I'm very excited to see all the interest everybody! This will be a fun tradition! The Priz3z are starting to take shape now and I'll get some pictures up ASAP!!! >=)

Because of the number of entries that I may have to judge I've decided to enlist two more people into the crew of judges. They shall remain anonymous for the time being but I can assure you their excellent taste and respect for fair competition is unwavering.

Okay I think they covers pretty much everything as of right now!

I'm in, but with the deadline so generous (thank you kind sir!) I won't be getting started on something for a while.

Thanks again, and hopefully there's some interesting entries ahead of us all. :)

Hi Micah,

Cool challenge, I like it! I do have a question though. What do you mean by the prizes being 7 custom figs? Are you painting, cutting, etc? Or do you mean you are mixing and matching pieces, so they aren't "official" figs?

Thanks,
Josh

Howday Josh! I'm glad you like it and good question! I only believe in cutting and painting already damaged pieces and because I don't want to give any damaged pieces away as prizes there wont be any painting or cutting. Likely a few of the figures will sport custom torso designs which will be applied with removable decals, but for the most part they will just be Mix n' Matched official Lego elements. So for those purists out there, the prizes should be acceptable. :)

And your welcome Richard AM! I tried to give ya'll a good chunk of time, since I don't seem to have enough time to build much for our great competitions I thought I'd try to give a later deadline so people in my boat might still get a chance to win!

Quite the opposite! :) I do have a small collection of custom figs that I have acquired from some of the prominent customizers, but seven at once would overwhelm me. I wasn't going to enter if they were customized, so you made me happy...

I haven't been to C-C in awhile, let alone touch my LEGO, so I guess an adventure would get me back into things, I'm in. I'm going to start it now, actually.
wrap me in a bolt of lightning,
send me on my way still smiling,
maybe that's the way i should go:
straight into the mouth of the unknown....
