Greendragon,

Could you confirm whether the 2 daggers are dark gray, as seen in some photos, or chrome as in previous sets. Also, was there a short sword? And 3 cutlasses? That's cool!

Bruce,

Per Lego directions online. The Jungle Duel contains-

http://www1.lego.com/eng/buildinginstru ... efault.asp

It has one (short sword-pearl gray), two cutlasses, two gray knives (not chrome), gold katana and more.

Hope that helps some. I have not seen this set open but it was at my TRU as well a few weeks ago and the inventory seems about right from the front picture.

I just got the three smaller sets at my local Walmart. The Temple of the Crystal Skull wasn't there. I'll be building them during the week. If I can answer anyone's questions, I most certainly will.

The sets are available here in Ireland since last week too, at Argos and Smyth's Toys. The latter have S@H prices, Argos have used their own odd £->€ conversion from their UK prices.

I bought the Jungle Duel even though it is a bit overpriced here (€13 - €10 would be more appropriate). It's a nice bundle of bits, the three minifigs, food, ants, swords, tent. Pearl silver frying pan!! Nice to have more cutlasses and in new dark grey. The gold katana is nice (I have a couple from the exoforce set that was on sale prices).

I like the new hair on Indy's opponents.

I'll be getting the river one but not jungle cutter or the largest set.

That's right. 2 dark grey daggers, three pirate swords, one castle sword and one gold ninja sword.

Wow, I'd get the Jungle Duel for the two new hair pieces alone!

Toys-R-Us has discounts on some of the older Indiana Jones sets currently. I assume it's week-long. They also, as far as I can infer, have some of the new sets now, but they're not (all) discounted.
