Aloha

Post by the enigma that is badger »

Hi all,

Just wanted to say howdy and introduce myself to the board. I've been active on several other boards, particularly in my role as the official spokesman of Brickarms. However, while I do really enjoy modern and sci-fi MOCs, Castle was truly my first LEGO love, so I thought it'd be fun to join the community here.

My work (when I have time to make it!) is usually Sci-Fi/Castle fusion, but I do have a few figs that are strictly castle-based. I look forward to sharing them with all!

Welcome to C-C! Hope you enjoy your stay at this fine establishment. 8)
Edit: I'd be interested in seeing those figs as well.

Hey, good to see you over here in Castle land, Badger!

Sci-Fi/Castle fusion, eh'? Sounds interesting to me. I don't believe I've seen any of those figs before.

I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I do mine! :)

I also love modern SiFi stuff. I am probably split 50/50 on Castle and SiFi stuff.

Welcome to Classic-Castle. Great to have you here!

Welcome to Classic-Castle!

As a random aside, I've always loved your username. Is there a particular story behind it?

Just a nickname I picked up many, many moons ago during my days as a video store clerk in high school.

Nice post title. You DO know that "Aloha" means goodbye, right? Take it from a Hawai'ian.
(Yes, "Aloha" also means hello, love, and a few other things. So, welcome.)

I learned all the Hawaiian I needed to know from Magnum, PI.

Dig that, Higgie-baby!

Ha ha, Higgie-baby. I love Magnum P.I. This reminds me of a time in North Africa. I believe the year was 1956. As you can imagine.............

I knew the name looked familiar, I just couldn't figure out where I'd seen it. Welcome to Classic Castle! May your MOCs never go to pieces.
May the blessing of the Lord be upon you. <><
