This is my first non-castle MOC in years. It is a small black steampunk airplane. I'm not very satisficed with the pictures, its very hard to photograph black LEGO...
I like the design of it, but I think the all black color scheme is not good for steampunk. I would suggest some brown, light and dark grey, that would make it easier to photograph also! Overall though, awesome job.

That would be nicer, but I have very few of these pieces in brown, light- and dark gray
I've taken some more pictures:
Whoah, with these pics it looks way better. All the little details are great. The roung bricks going down the center work very well with this. Also, I love the angle the wings are at.
I really like it, the overall design is really interesting. I think that the black is just fine. I really like steam punk moc's. If there is a list of the hardest things the photogragh, black lego has to be #1.
Great MOC!! I really like the shape and design of this craft. The engine, wings, and detail make it cool. Nice job with the second set of photos too. The lighting makes it look like it's actually flying in the sky! =)
This is an advanced steampunk as opposed to the ones that look thrown together from garage car leftovers. Don't get me wrong I love those. I really like both versions of this, they would be great in a post apocalypse MOC.
"The sky grows black...shadow falls...the Dark Tide comes..."
Thats pretty nice, the engine/steam tanks are awesome as are all the greebles. my only suggestion would be to get rid of those trans red cheese pieces on the wings. Those just seem too futuristic for the rest of the model to me.
