I'll answer to the best of my ability. The paper is your regular run-of-the-mill copy paper. Nothing fancy here. Sticker paper will chip and the cut lines will show more promently. I use packing tape for my torsos and it helps to protect the decal and it means you don't have to damage the original print. As for the set up, I have a friend that uses a laser printer. I don't know what the set up is, but when I give them to him he doesn't need to adjust anything. They are just laid out in "Microsoft Word". That is for my torsos. The faces may be more difficult. I have never tried to print face decals yet. I plan on using the same method with regular paper and packing tape. The size to print out is gonna be the real trick. I was hoping that one of our more experienced customizers would answer the question of "What size should I print out the face decals?"
I'm glad you like the face decals

Thanks!!! Pls use sand green as the colour is used on the official orcs. Great! Lego only gave us one face for all the orcs but your decals will allow the orc men, officers, generals and commander-in-chief to have unique faces...thus making the whole orc army more interesting
I had a chance to do the sand green variations, but not the flesh ones yet. I just changed the color, so no new expressions, but I've had limited time to tackle it.
I hope you like.
