Fav BL store
ok fellow castlers, what is your favorite Bl store?
I like ozparts, but honestly do not have a 'favorite'. Seems i can never find everything i want for a given project at one place. : (

Re: Fav BL store
I also don't have a favorite. I buy from whoever has the most parts I need, at reasonable prices, with good feedback. There are stores that I have bought from several times, but I think that might be more coincidence than anything else.timber_wolf899 wrote:ok fellow castlers, what is your favorite Bl store?

Amazing Bricks
I always get free stuff from them. Maybe it's because of the money I spend there. I like the following stores as well:
Troy's Surplus BLOKS
Gems In the Attic
Bridge Monkey's Heap
ThorzBrikTopia
HouseofLogos
BRICK-A-THON
Missing Brick
In that order. They always seem to have what I'm looking for at the right price when I'm looking for it.
Maybe I'm lucky.

I've only ordered from them once (so far!), but I'll definitely be using BrickScope because of their customer service, responsiveness, and friendliness. BL stores don't often "stick" in my mind, but Zoe's definitely did.

I usually shop for the best price but always rely on those sellers that are consistent with their product quality. I don't mind spending a little more to get that quality. I try to buy local (USA) but there are some oversea's sellers that are too good to ignore.
Here is a good short list and would apoligize to those who I leave off. There is nothing significant in the order here;
A Slim Chance
ABP Always Best Parts
Birgitt Steine Ladden
Brickscope (Zoe's the bomb)
Bricky
Helge (the reason for my Orc army and many others)
LEGO shop holland
Minifigs Paradise (Favorite source of older figures)
Old LXXX Parts & Sets
Brickathon
Bricks & Customs (Best custom capes I've seen for a (former)purist)
Troy's (you know who, very high quality)
NinjaPrincess
Bridge Monkey's Heap
Precious Princess Palace
All of these stores have high customer service and just a good attitude that makes me want to come back as Troy's would say- feed the habit.

Definitely too hard a decision for me to make!
I have some favorites off the top of my mind, though:
I've ordered some cool stuff from A Slim Chance, like plain black axe heads and those light bley kettle helms and stuff. So far all my orders with them have been excellent.
Precious Princess Palace probably takes the cake with the most orders - I've bought from them many times. I love their wide parts selection and reasonable prices.
And I couldn't forget to mention Arealight's Custom Work. I'm a huge fan of all his custom minifig accessories (see avatar for hair).
There are plenty of others as well, especially some of the sellers in Germany or Denmark who offer some excellent rare or bulk items.

SG and I have only shopped with two stores, and good experiences both:
CC's HenrytheV, and his store Feed A College Student, and...
Our local seller, checknbuy, who runs NEW/USED NOT ABUSED
Both have good prices.
SG plans to make an order with A Slim Chance, so thanks for your opinion Lamanda2!
I'd love to do an order with Toy Brick Brigade at some point. I see some good parts there.

Obviously I think mine is quite good.
I mostly sell but, I definately remember an order I had from Stic's Bricks. He rounded the shipping because I was paying with cash and was really reasonable with his pricing.

I would have a big list of stores to post, but most of the stores I use have already been posted!
That aside, one store I do think worth mentioning is Simply Bricks. I've ordered from them five times now, and on each occasion i've been more than happy with my order.
