An unfinished film

Post by deathdog1 »

My laptop crashed (again) so I've had to put the film on hold while getting the thing fixed. Thankfully, I was able to back up what scenes I'd shot before it went fizzle.
When you click on the link, you'll see what I was able to salvage and it almost makes it as part one of a longer story. Hope you enjoy, because brickfilming is what got me into castle in the first place.

That was really cool. Definitely worth part II!

Yes, that was quite cool. You did a good job on the movements.

You should really continue it, it's the best I've ever seen! A little more plot development, some comedy, and some more blood would make it aw350m3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!!11!!! Ahem, sorry, excuse my n00bish, I was excited.

LEGO animation is hard to make, especially with stop-motion, but you did a terrific job incorporating the movements and sounds. I really enjoyed watching this and hope to see more of this. Keep up the good work!

That's absolutely spectacular! I've always wanted to make a good Lego stop-motion... what did you use to make that?

kl

I tried making stop-motion, and...

failed miserably. But it was a nice experience.

You got a great film there, just keep going.

Thanks for the kind words. I use Stop Motion Pro for image capturing and then assemble it in Windows Movie Maker. I plan on trying Adobe After Effects out on part II.

What I would like to know is how 9 people replied to this and all of them said something like "great job, do part 2" and yet the votes on the poll are yes- 5 no -3 :? . Oh, yeah, it's great!

It was pretty good. I liked the animation a lot. I've been trying to make good horse movements at different speeds for a long time. I hope you make part two soon. I look forward to it. ;)
