Back home again.. or not.. or what?!

Post by Maedhros »

Hey folks, just an update on my present situation (to whom it may concern).

You may have noticed my absence lately or you may not, anyways it has had to do with the fact that I'll be moving to Stockholm (and that's a place I hope you do know about ;)) in August so I'm pretty busy with preparations and stuff (spent the whole of last week painting the apartment). Moving to a small apartment will also mean extremely limited access to LEGO for me. At first I'll probably just get some figs with me but hopefully I'll be able to bring more later, however my whole collection would never fit in there (not if I want to be able to live in there at least!), so I'm kind of entering a little "twilight age" I guess. I'll stay active here though, the absence of real ABS in my life might even make me even more active online..

Well, I guess that's it. Hopefully I'll see more of you in some months time when I'm all settled.

Good luck moving dude! I hope you're going to enjoy your new apartment, even if it is slightly Lego-less. Are you going to study in Stockholm? Or do you have a new job there?
We'll still see you around here no doubt, online Lego isn't as good as the real stuff but it's a good temporary substitute ;)

Good luck with your new place. I'd say make yourself a "Vignette pack" - a bunch of figs and accessories, several 8x8 plates, basic slopes, bricks, plates etc but just enough of each color to make a wall 8 wide by whatever high, a few doors, windows and specialty pieces, maybe one horse, etc.

I lived without my LEGO for about two years. It was not happy. We'll be praying for your condition.

I'm settled in Stockholm now. Little LEGO, but apart from that everything's fine with me.. and I'll stay in touch ;)
