Castle in the creator line?

Post by Ye Olde Republic »

Instead of a white house with a red roof, we could have a small but somewhat detailed castle. It could be a nice selection of pure brick, plate and windows. It wouldn't even need minifigs, of course not it's a creator set! :D
Or, perhaps it could be a white house with a red roof only in a nice tudor style. I know I'd be buyin'.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

Well, there is that new set coming out next year, so it seems they're headed in that direction, at least in a preliminary sense. It's a smaller set, but that thing is really rocking the "classic yellow castle" vibe. If it sells well, I'd wager we'll see more Creator/play theme hybrids.

Right, I forgot about that set. Maybe that's my subconscious speaking. Too bad it doesn't come in really great colours for us.

I am not familiar with that set. Could you post a link of more info?

I may have already said too much. From this thread:

Talking about a new set is not the same as linking pictures to that new set. I think you're fine.

Per the Leaked Policy, discussions are not allowed, nor is linking to the photos in question:
Example:
Scans from a retailers / distributors catalog. These catalogs are for use by stores in ordering future sets and are not for public discussion. Scans stolen from one of them are NOT open for discussion.
Sorry, guys.
