This is a very nice gallows. The one thing I'd change is to make the platform a brick or two higher. As it is, there isn't even enough room for the trapdoor to open fully never mind a long enough drop to make sure a neck would be broken. Know what I mean?

I dig it. The studless surface has a pretty impressive effect. That tile in the executioner's hand is neat, too, where is that from?

Ye Olde Republic: Thanks. Yes, I know it, it's lower because of the visual effect. I tried to make it higher, but i's not so nice.

Perhaps if the platform was a bit smaller, then the height could be... um... heightened. :?

Right. It could be an issue of volume versus area here. I think what Footstep suggests makes sense, it could be a bit higher and still only take up the same amount of room? That makes sense??

Though I don't really like the background colour, and the dullness of the lighting.
