That is just odd. Since all lego weapons are blunted, rounded, etc. they all would have to be used that way.

This does not mean I think the forestmen would win.

You mean 6059 Knight's Stronghold? How about the Crusaders?

They arguably also own other castle "parts" like:
- 6040 Blacksmith Shop
- 6041 Armor Shop
- 6067 Guarded Inn

The Black Knights by comparison also have two itty castle shacks (but not 3!):

- 1888 Black Knight's Guardshack

I allways made my estimates about fractions more from the catalouges than the fig/set-counts. The cataloges displays more figs than there were in total in sets, alas, the sets counted just one time each do not represent the whole fraction.

And, therefore, my vote is the forestmen!

Well, since I have more Crownies than any other faction, I'd have to say they would win. At least in my LEGOverse.

Currently, considering my only factions are Fantasy Era, I could say my Crownies, being the biggest faction I have, would be most likely to prove victor in their combats.


But I won't.


I'm going to say that the Trolls will trump everyone they're up against. I've only got about sixty of them, but they're awesome.

Dave has pretty much laid out the facts, and I am going to have to agree with the facts!

With civilians on their side, resources are sure to abound. Incredible seige engines to topple even the mightiest Black Knight defense, and armorers and blacksmith to equip the peasant population should there be a need for an emergency militia.

The Black Falcons might have a cool insignia, but at the end of the day you are going to need to combine a couple of those Knight's Castles and Black Falcon's Fortresses if you want to hold off the Crusader's.

Forestmen might have the edge in ambushing should any foolish unit get lost in their forest, but they aren't going to win any wars hiding in there.

I love all of my Classics, but in reality, there is no match for the pure dominance of the Crusaders.

I honestly believe Jayko, Santis, Danju, and the rest are the most elite and well-trained of any Knight era, especially considering their hero quest and the Citadel of Orlan. In man-to-man combat, you could not defeat this Troupe, especially since they have the teamwork to defeat GIANT scorpions and Vladek!

However, the sheer volume of the Crusaders would force their surrender. Plus, you can't beat the original blacksmith shop!?
