I'd really like to see TLG have printed torsos that looked like gambesons and other padded/quilted armors, like this jack and chain set:

I like that Ninja Torso very much, but it would be nice if the soldiers could get it patched up. It does give them a veteran look that kind of spices things up a bit. Not every unit can have shiny new metal armor.
