Christina's Garden

Post by SavaAngel »

The LEGO Store got some new stuff on their Pick a Brick wall so I decided to have some fun with it. Tony finally got around to taking pictures of it for me last night.

That is very nice! Looks like a nice quiet garden to sit in. The fountain is very well done as well, the random water splashing about.

Thanks for posting!

Very pretty! The 1x1 round plates give a great impression of vertical cascading water.

It's very pink!
I love that fountain lots, and the bench and tables and paths and flowerbeds!

Very nice! For being something that you just threw together it looks amazing, and if you spent time planning it then its still amazing :D I love water features in mocs and that fountain looks like it should be sitting inside an ancient greek palace or something. Maybe you could make this into a part of a larger (hopefully a castle) creation, because if it looks this good on its own then imagine it in something bigger

Very nice. Reminds me of the flower garden from Dark Cloud 2. In fact, that would be a good MOC idea. I need to make a note of that. If my live-in girlfriend of many years would build LEGOs with me instead of complaining about everything I do, maybe I'd be a happier person. I know we don't really see eye-to-eye, Tony, but she seems like a keeper. Just make sure no trains end up in the garden or there's sure to be problems...

The fountain is exquisite.

But if this is an official Sava production, shouldn't there be a dragon?

Makes me want to leave work early to stop by my local LEGO store to see if they have anything new as well. For me I like how the studs under the dish are placed as it gives the look of the water just pouring over the edge real easy like. I could see how this could be part of a large courtyard of a castle. Very nice.

Very nice, that fountain is fantastic. Not really into all the pink, personally, not that it looks bad. ;)

This is very beautiful. I'd love to go there in the morning or on a rainy day and have a picnic.

I'm very proud of you, Christina, seems your work has attracted a lot of attention. Quite a bit more attention that most of the stuff I've done lately...
