Congratulations to the winners!

Thanks again, Blue and AC for the awesome contest! I had fun building my entry, even though I misread the time stamp for when it was due. :? But it sounds like you had enough on your plate as it was.

Peace.
May the blessing of the Lord be upon you. <><

Congratulations to all the winners! This contest gave me tons of laughs and smiles, and as I said, I think this would make a great yearly event. Thanks to AC and Blue for a wonderful event!

Thank you judges! Thank you for the opportunity to take part, and the time you spent judging. So many good MOCs, and what a fun time building and
seeing what everyone else came up with! I look forward to your comments on what you thought worked and didn't work. :)

Aliencat wrote:Alright, here we are, after 3 long, hard days of judging 24 hours a day, neither of us got any sleep, both of us called in sick to work these past 3 days, and between the two of us we consumed a grand total of 260 cups of coffee, but the results are in!
Wow, that takes some serious dedication there. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely quick judging. A job well done, you deserve a round of applause. And of course, you deserve another round for hosting this contest in the first place. And just to make things a nice, round 3, lets have a round of applause for all those who entered. Truely some side-splitting MOCs.

As I said at the end of the contest, I am very pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of entries and it makes me happy enough to want to write a little review about every single entry! I'll be devoting a bit of my time every day to post a few reviews about your entries, and I'll be sure to mention every single one of them and how they did in my opinion.
So if you're wondering how your entry did and why, keep an eye out for my entry reviews topic!

Thanks again to everyone who entered for making this contest one of the funniest out there!
Thank you for running this contest. I look forward to seeing your mini-reviews, (particularly the one on my MOC) to see how I can improve for the future. I already have one idea that I will use when/if the contest runs again.

Well, I must say I hoped crises would win but some pacifist spirit at the top can only be a good thing of course :D Congrats to both winners and organizers for one of the funnier contest I've seen!

This was so unexpected!

Me winning a contest is crazy in itself, but given the quality of the other entries and ideas on show, it's a total surprise. Thanks to AC and Blue for putting it all together- it was a lot of fun, and I think everyone's entries show that!

:D

(i've also added more photos to the gallery if anyone's interested!)

With so many great entries I didn't really expect anything of mine.
Of course I"m very honoured to win the third prize in this contest! :D

The fun of contest like these, is that it gives me ideas I wouldn't have thought of without the contest.
So many thanks for hosting this contest, congrats on so many entries!
And of course congratulations to all winners. :)

This contest was the spark for me to hunker down and finally create some "real" MOCs to share here - something I hadn't done since coming out of my recent dim age. I had a lot of fun, and I now have two MOCs I am very proud of, that never would have been made otherwise. Thanks Aliencat and bluesecrets, and congrats to the winners!
