It's not public.
To deeplink you have to click the picture until the background is white. Then use that URL.

Hi Strick36, You aren't doing anything wrong don't worry, if your folder isn't public that means it hasn't yet been moderated by a Brickshelf staff member. They have to check each and every image to make sure that everything uploaded is appropriate for all ages. I encourage you to upload it again because we'd like to see it! It may take a little while, but usually its doesn't take more than a few hours or at most a day to become public.

Looking forward to seeing it.
