I concur. He did such a good job dressing up this year, why shouldn't he try to top it with a nice dress and a brick built tiara.

As awesome as Seb is..and he is truly awesome. I'm not so sure I want to see him in drag, but he might oblige you. One should never under-estimate an aliencat, for it would be dangerous and might cost you all your bley. (Not that it would be such a great loss to some of us.)
