I have a question.
Without a doubt, the speling control is a good thing.
But, if I pm a Dutch CC-member I have a problem.
The word d.at (without the point), is being replaced by (that) automatically.
Why is that? The word d.at is frequently used in the Dutch language
foreign language in pm not allowed? ;)

Re: foreign language in pm not allowed? ;)
For a time we had a rash of posts containing a lot of unnecessary slang and non-standard english, including using "d a t" as "that". I added such things to the word filter in an effort to make the posts readable and in hopes to change posting habits. I'll remove the word from the word filter shortly.

Yep, also in Dutch PM's, the word w.at (also a very common Dutch word) was replaced by what
Maybe also one to remove. I don't know if there's a seperate word filter for PMs? Because of course the language on the forum must be English, but PM shouldn't matter that much, right? It's probably the same filter though.

I think it's the same word filter
If we'll spam/slang trouble because of removing the word from the filter it's not that important Tony.
Thanks!

that would be annoying not being able to type in your own language
He who thinks you should look at the box that says "Quaraga" if you want to find out his username (about as useful to you as his real name). he only wants you to look so he can laugh about you looking there because he's a total smart...
