I have a question of opinion for everyone.

the accessories avaliable at A Minifig.Cat's Store and some of the ABS accessories at Kaminoan Fine Clonier's Decals are not custom Lego accessories but may in fact be a clone brand http://www.sidantoys.com.tw/ ((though) they appear to mostly be "figs" and accessories rather than bricks)

So should they be included on the list and how should they be designated. I made a purchase and of some of these items and was surprised when they came with Sidan toys info (I thought that they were customs)

This also got me thinking at what point does a company become a clone brand. is it all in the intent? the company size? the exact (or almost) duplication of specific LEGO stuff like the brick or the minifig

I just got my order recently and had the same surprise when I opened the package. I was bummed at the fit of some of the items. Some of them are really great though.

I have added http://www.bricktw.com/ pretty cool stuff. I think it is custom stuff but I'm not sure.

Two things:

(1) Just placed a rather large order at ChromeBricks. I am hoping that the quality is there. Has anybody bought from them before? If the chrome parts are as good as they look on paper, this has so much potential.

(2) I ordered custom samurai weapons from Kamonian before. I never knew that he was just reselling from a clone brand. I am not so happy about that.

Some info as I try keep the list up-to date.

Arealight has switched his store from Brick Link his own URL. http://www.arealightcustoms.com/shop/home.php

Also it looks like Hazel's Brick Link store AMazing Armory Custom http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=AMazingArmory has been deleted. but it appears that his stuff is still avaliable at Custom Minifig Shop.

All he did was change his URL, actually.
